To achieve success in their professional activities, it very important for psychologists know and evaluate resources, focusing on characteristics self-development, so that, gaining life experience, harmoniously approach optimal states, flexibly acquire new forms process development during adolescence, where self-formation transformed into a bright intense action, when civic maturity sets social roles change.
